How the Request Process Works
To ensure our distributed Bibles reach those with the greatest spiritual need, our ministry reviews every request thoughtfully.
Here is what you can expect:
- Submit Your Application: Fill out the request form below with your contact details, organizational background, and the specific quantity of Bibles needed for your program.
- Ministry Review: Our team will review your application to evaluate current inventory, logistics, and alignment with our core outreach priorities.
- Follow-up & Coordination: A BRG Bible team member will contact you directly via phone or email to discuss shipment details, verify fulfillment arrangements, and confirm how we can best support your ongoing efforts.

Guidelines for Ministry Fulfillment
Because our operations depend entirely on donor support, priority is given to bulk outreach requests serving high-impact environments, such as prison ministries, active-duty military units, and organized community missions. While we always strive to grant as many requests as possible, individual personal requests are subject to our current inventory constraints.
To help us manage logistics efficiently and keep shipping costs low for our donors, we ask that outreach programs request Bibles in whole or half pallet increments. For reference, a standard whole pallet measures 4'x4'x5' (80 cubic feet) and holds exactly 2,000 copies of the BRG Bible, while a half pallet holds 1,000 copies. Even though our form asks for the total number of Bibles, we ask that you enter your quantity in these specific pallet amounts—such as 1,000 for a half pallet or 2,000 for a full pallet.
